Get ready to play the blues! In this lesson, we are going to be tackling a super easy, yet classic blues riff.

If you stick with me through to the end of this beginner guitar lesson, you’ll not only have a cool riff down, but you’ll also be able to play, and understand a 12 bar blues. You’ll also learn some cool bluesman terms like “quick IV” as well.

The blues can sometimes be tough to play. It often times requires a fairly advanced technical skill level to be able to execute it well. This blues riff is super easy, and will give you some of the necessary techniques and skills to go forth and conquer blues guitar!

The blues isn’t all about soloing. But at the same time, soloing is part of the blues. This riff is a good one for giving your fingers the speed and agility needed for soloing!
