4 Classic Licks By Hendrix And Clapton
Are you wondering how to get your guitar to sound like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, or one of your other favourite guitarists? One key element to the unique sounds of these players is their particular “licks” – short, repeatable musical phrases.
In this lesson we’ll be learning 4 licks – 2 by Hendrix and 2 by Clapton – that will help you get the sound of their lead playing into your fingertips. We’ll also be talking about backing tracks, which are a fantastic tool to use to practice these licks, as well as how to go about transposing these licks into different keys!
With all these tips under your belt, you’ll be well on your way to ripping out lead guitar just like the best!
